Messianic Vision Connects Brand to Ministry

August 1, 2018
Sid Roth, a former account executive with a major wealth management firm, was raised in a traditional Jewish home. After experiencing a spiritual awakening in the early 1970s, Roth converted to Christianity and started a nationally-syndicated radio program called Messianic Vision to share his own faith journey. In the mid-1990s, he complemented the radio broadcast with a television program that explored “extraordinary healings, miracles, and personal encounters with God.”

The television program soon became the recognized brand of Roth’s ministry, while Messianic Vision faded into the background. The challenge, explained Vice President of Communications Bob DuVall, is that most audience members identified as fans of the show but not necessarily as supporters of the organization behind it.
