In addition, the organization's home page was updated with a light box to increase email acquisition. The organization now knows how to use social media effectively to spread its mission. Lastly, Blackbaud services worked to reinvent the Holt International gift catalog, Gifts of Hope, which provides additional revenue for the organization. As a result of implementing Blackbaud solutions and services, Holt International achieved the following: • 3.5% website conversion rate vs. 2% industry average • 190% growth in sustained giving from 2010 to 2014 • 42% growth in annual revenue from 2010 to 2013 • CAPABILITIES GAINED CUSTOMER STORY: Holt International Holt International leads the global community in advocating on behalf of the world's most vulnerable children. for orphaned, abandoned, and at-risk children. It also provides services to ensure that these children grow and develop to their fullest potential. Holt International gained the support and services it needed for its adoption and advocacy programs. Now, the organization can provide a greater number of orphaned, abandoned, and vulnerable children with loving and secure homes.
