Staff needed one tool that would allow them to accept donations, collect newsletter subscriptions, send quality emails, and support GCCC's existing monthly giving program. GCCC had a small house BUSINESS CHALLENGE Go! Essentials combined the powerful, integrated tools GCCC was looking for with a year of training, design, and production services. The organization liked the breadth of services provided and that a single solution would meet all of its needs. The Blackbaud team was able to answer all of GCCC's questions and give real-life examples of how other organizations used Go! Essentials to build email bases. REASON FOR PARTNERSHIP Grace Church Community Center launches multi-channel online marketing program with Go! ™ Essentials. Grace Church Community Center's (GCCC) mission is to serve the disadvantaged, the under-served, the unprotected, and the unheard residents of Westchester County, New York. The organization provides a broad range of services to serve homeless and disadvantaged men, women, and children. After a year of using Go! Essentials, GCCC grew its email records to nearly 1,100, almost doubling its I LOVE Luminate Online. It's made my life so much easier having all my online services - emails, newsletters, online giving and events- all in one place. Plus all my online communications now look so much more professional than they did before. . — Chris Schwartz, Director of Development Over the course of a year, GCCC took advantage of program resources like unlimited training, the Community forum, and monthly design projects. GCCC also participated in all of the campaigns and attended 90% of the bi-weekly consultant calls. Doing so allowed the organization to successfully send consistent communications, engage its constituents with monthly a donor welcome series, and build ticketed event forms. CAPABILITIES GAINED
